The renting was easy and people friendly. But on last day of renting the car battery was dead and caused me to miss my flight home. I went to rental office in airport and wanted to rent a car until tomorrow and thought I should be compensated due to the car not starting. I booked at Sky Harbor. Somehow the reservation ended up at Mesa Gateway. Sky Harbor Hertz did nothing to help me. Offered a car 4 times the price. I too Uber and will not use Hertz again in the future.Reviewed Nov 15 2021
