HERZ Goldmember nr.62347703 R.J.L. van Vliet The requisted car was not avalable and the only replacement they were willing to give me without extra paying was an open pick-up with no projection cover for the laugage. I rejected, and there was no other chose given to pay an extra addition fee for the only upgrade car available. I had no choice otherwise I had no car and was stranded with my family (wife + 3 children). I will make an official complaint about the hole situation.Reviewed Jan 12 2022

They did not have a car ready for me. And told me I was 8th on the waiting list. They said they would call me but did not. They gave me a number for head office. This caused me huge disruption to my holiday. This is the first time Hertz has ever let me down. Not even an apology.Reviewed Jan 1 2022
