Pros:I liked how clean the vehicle was.Cons:I reserved a full size suv. I was given a midsize suv. I waited over 30 minutes to just pick up the vehicle. Staff continuously put in the wrong address (assumes my drivers license contained my current address) instead of asking me which caused my credit card to get declines because of the wrong billing zip code.Reviewed Feb 4 2020

Pros:The service was fine but the location wasn't at the San Diego International airport which is what I requested. It was at a Toyota dealer. There were no car seats at this location. We had to transport the child without one until we could buy one. Then they wouldn't reimburse us the cost ($20)Reviewed Jul 14 2019
