Pros:The staff was really friendly and helpful. They went above my expectations to make my experience memorable.Cons:They forgot to show me where the button was to open the gas tank. But I was able to find it after some digging. Not a problem at all.Reviewed Apr 20 2021

Pros:We rented a Toyota Camry and traveled well over 1000 miles. The rental process was smooth and the car was comfortable.Cons:The car wasn't vacuumed well when we picked it up. We had to send it back to be cleaned.Reviewed Aug 6 2017

Pros:Nothing about the company. The car got decent gas mileage. It was dinged up when I got it so I took pics to make sure they didn't try to say I did it. They just hand you the keys without any inspection.Cons:They are scam artists. Like used car salesmen, you come back and they tell you that you have to pay MORE! I paid for a full tank of gas when I already filled up the tank of gas when I returned it!!! And in CA, gas isn't cheap!Reviewed Jul 21 2017

Reliable transportation, boring carPros:Process of actually renting the car was smooth once we actually found the car rental office, hidden at a dealership. Staff was friendly and helpful. We rented a Nissan Versa, a comfortable and reliable car, although boring with a CVT transmission. We were satisfied with the rental rate, and would deal with that Hertz agency again.Reviewed Dec 28 2016
