Book Hertz car hires in Fairfield

Cons: Hertz did not honor rental. They said they had no cars. Int plans were ruined. I had to walk.

Pros: the drop-off was easy at jfk. the car had bluetooth to connect my phone.

Cons: the car was not ready at pick up. i didnt have options. the gas was only half full.

2 hour wait for pick up

Pros: The car, once I got it, was clean and an easy drive.

Cons: I waited for two hours despite having a reservation because none of the cars sitting in the lot had up to date registrations. There was a crowd of people waiting for any car to be returned.

Cons: Tried to cancel and get refund or credit. Kayak kept telling me go to hertz and hertz said if was a kayak thing. Never used car and still got charged. Very disappointed could work out something. Todd buczyna Tmbuczyna@hotmail.com

Pros: 37 mpg!

Cons: Pick-up and drop-off were very slow. Pick-up was an exercise in being talked at like an idiot. Car had sap all over the windshield, although was generally fine. Most irritating was that there is a sneaky, very high plate pass fee we didn't know about until a thorough reading of the fine print.
