Pros:The staff was rude and I had to wait outside because the place was small. They didn’t open the doors till 9:05 with a few people in front of me already waiting. When I got there the sales associate asked my name and drivers license and then immediately tells me he doesn’t have a car to rent me. So I told him I didn’t want to rent a car I reserved a SUV online. So then he looks up my reservation and tells me that he still doesn’t have an SUV to rent to me (the person before me has just dropped off an SUV) so I asked well what about that one he just returned. He said no because I have 13 other customers to rent to who already prepaid online. He didn’t offer me any other option but to walk out. Ruined my entire dayCons:Everything. For starters don’t allow customers to rent vehicles that aren’t available. Open the store at the right time. Don’t be rude to the customer and maybe look up the reservation before you assume what they are going to be renting. I could go on but that’s a good start.Reviewed Jun 15 2020

2 hour wait for pick upPros:The car, once I got it, was clean and an easy drive.Cons:I waited for two hours despite having a reservation because none of the cars sitting in the lot had up to date registrations. There was a crowd of people waiting for any car to be returned.Reviewed Oct 6 2018

Easy to pick up and drop offPros:The car was nice. Pick up and drop off was quick and easy.Cons:I prepaid for gas so that I wouldn't have to come back with a full tank, but was not told that I wouldn't get a credit if the tank didn't need to be filled. So I paid 50 (3.10 per gallon) for a full tank, but returned the car with half a tank. So I lost money and feel a bit taken advantage of.Reviewed Sep 18 2018

Shakey start / great finishPros:Local, great price, car was fine, easy easy drop off.Cons:Didn’t know I needed orig cc used to book car w/me to pick it up. I had six other cards and ID. Very Frustrating. Luckily I was close enough to home that they could ride me over to retrieve it. The alternatives were not good ones! Also, brights didn’t work. No biggie.Reviewed Dec 24 2017

MehPros:37 mpg!Cons:Pick-up and drop-off were very slow. Pick-up was an exercise in being talked at like an idiot. Car had sap all over the windshield, although was generally fine. Most irritating was that there is a sneaky, very high plate pass fee we didn't know about until a thorough reading of the fine print.Reviewed May 24 2017
