Pros:Drop off was very easy howerver, the rental agent was not friendly, most likely due to COVID-19.Cons:The car may have been sanitized but was not cleaned. I had to wash the front window due bugs covering the whole windshield left from the prior renter and it appeared someone spilled something (it actually looked like someone vomited in the vent) in the rear console vents which I cleaned with disinfecting wipes. Finally, I was suppose to get a Ford Edge and ended up with a GMC Terrain. Definitely not the same class vehicle.Reviewed Jun 29 2020

Pros:The location that Kayak provided with pinpoint was inaccurate. I finally found the place after asking local police officer. The car was dirty and beat up. It was very expensive for the quality. Finally, they charged me $15 gas charge without explanation. When I asked the desk, they said they automatically do this unless I show a gas receipt. The tank showed full but didn't have a receipt. budget rip is a rip!!!Pros:car was clean, good on gas. That's it.Cons:Well, I had rented a car to go from FFLD. CT. to MEM. TENN. No problem. However, I had ended up in Savannah, Tenn. Now here's the kicker for 3 whole days I had called to make arraignments to drop off the car in Jackson Tenn. NO ANSWER FOR THREE DAYS. !!!! EVERY TIME I CALL NO ANSWER OR I GET THEIR NATIONAL HOTLINE. Very irritating!!! Now, it's a Monday 3 days after i'm supposed have dropped the car off. 3 days of late fees, and I'm told there's nothing I can do. Bullshit, we are suing for those three days and the late fees as well.Reviewed Feb 14 2017
