the car had sensors that went off the entire time seatbelt and forward driving aids my son and i tried everything to get the constant alarm 🚨 to stop headache all day and night on our trip! When i told the lady at the hertz rental she just acted like i put something heavy on the seat must be and made the alarm go off! No big deal that you had to hear alarms constantly while driving in unfamiliar places while trying to navigate you have to listen to extremely loud alarms 🚨 sensors that are messed up!Reviewed May 18 2024

Pros:Pickup and drop off was easy.Cons:The car I reserved wasn't available. I was "upgraded" to a larger vehicle, however, the larger vehicle almost had 50,000 miles and was showing some wear.Reviewed Apr 7 2021

Pros:The lady at the Tompkins Airport was fantastic. Very helpful and courteous went out of her way to sanitize my credit card before returning it to me.Cons:The car was a bit dirty, Crumbs on the back seat and a hair clip in the handle. Makes me wonder how well they are being sanitized.Reviewed Jan 1 2021
