Pros: They were very courteous. I did not get the car that I reserved, I upgraded and was very satisfied. Their prices were much cheaper than Enterprise, which I usually go to. Very satisfied and will be going back and recommending to others.

Saved money
Pros: I went to the Hertz website and checked the price, then went to Hotwire. Hotwire saved me about $100 and allowed me to get car insurance and come out at about the same price as Hertz. The insurance through Hotwire was only $9 a day, which was cheaper than Hertz also.

Good Car, but better if it was there when they committed!
Pros: The Car was fine.
Cons: I waited for an hour to get the car on a day where leaving early was critical. This hour delay cost me an additional 2 hours of drive/wait time!

No car avail for pick up
Cons: Empty lot. No car was avail for pick up at the scheduled time. Can not confirm approx time. Had to cancel due to no car as promised.

Awesome
Pros: I loved the car. It was super smooth and such an easy ride. Wish I didn't have to give it up. Customer service was also very lovely. And they even gave me a bit of a discount for waiting for a while to get my rental.
