The location was a bit obscure. The staff was friendly and had it not been for their helpfulness my husband and I would not have made it in time to pick up the vehicle. Hertz NEEDS to correct it on their website. If you don’t then I’ll have to assume you DON’T care enough about customer satisfaction nor your employees because I expect they are constantly dealing with clients who are lost or need assistance getting to the location. Otherwise, the vehicle was a smooth ride, clean and ample space for long distance travel. Thank you!Reviewed Oct 29 2022
