The vehicle was so loud, I had to turn the radio's volume as high as it would go to hear it. I traveled for 12 hours in that state. It was an extremely unpleasant trip! I am now unsure if I should use Hertz in the future!Avis

Pros:
I worry about details and whether my wife will be happy with the vehicle. The manager, Eva Garza was so helpful and had that great spirit that made the whole experience a joy. Eva is a great communicator and made the rental contract process quick and easy to understand. The vehicle was clean and wonderful. We prefer to rent with Avis as we have always had an excellent experiences in the past. The Avis location was excellent for us as well. I will recommend to all of my friends renting from Eva Garza at this Avis location. I took a bunch of her cards, too.Cons:

Representative knew we were coming and was not at the desk when we arrived. She was out smoking and we ended up waiting for more than 10 minutes. I prepaid for a tank of gas and the car was only at 7/8ths.2,0 Poor
