Pros:Staff were very friendly and service was fairly quick.Cons:I called Hertz to let them know my flight was cancelled and that I would be arriving a day late. Unfortunately, they failed to notify the location where I was picking up the car and, as a result, they rented out my car to someone else. They found another car for me but not what I had wanted.Reviewed Feb 24 2019

Problems with the Corolla TouchScreenPros:Kirk at HERTZ Nanaimo Airport, BC--Great Service! Car was mechanically sound My final email bill was exactly what I expected in CAD (I dropped off the car using their dropbox at 4:30am and got my final bill via email soon after they opened at 8am--no problems)Cons:Corolla Touchscreen--many problems, Often would not respond to touch...completely blacked out for three hours--then rebooted on its own...changed radio stations at its own whim...and could not be turned off. I worked with it over the week I had the car-- so I did not have to waste time returning it.Reviewed Jun 15 2018
