Pros:The manager was great. However, it does not matter how great the manager is if the company does not care about their employees or customers.Cons:To start, you should have the car that was reserved. Secondly, you make the customer go through all the trouble of getting the car in Cape Coral after you overcharge for the same car that I could have rented outside in Fort Myers. Thanks to the manager, my trip was not ruined not that you really care. The biggest problem is that there is no accountability with companies anymore.Reviewed Jan 19 2021
