Pros:Nothing. Told me they didn’t haven’t care.Cons:Not being extremely rude, and announce they have the right to cancel my reservation at Hertz if they don’t have cars even though it said they do online. Multiple other car agencies said they do not have cars available. Hertz said they did and the man at the desk was very rude and unhelpful.Reviewed Oct 13 2020

Pros:Absolutely nothing was positive about this experience.Cons:The Albany Hertz: horribly understaffed with TERRIBLE service. Car rentals usually require some amount of patience, but this place is horrible. The phone rings off the hook, the wait is at least an hour, and they are totally understaffed.Reviewed Jul 30 2019

Poor service and lack of apologyCons:I had booked a car for 6pm and picked it up at 6:05. The team was there but leaving and did not do anything to help or apologisefor the situation. I had to go next morning at 6am to the Hertz shop at the airport to make it in time for my meeting and was charged a lot more than the Kayak offer. The rental team at the Herz shop there did not explain that I was prepaying for petrol and so I lost USD 45 for petrol. I also asked for a GPS and paid USD 16 for a GPS that was very slow and lacking in detail, so I had to take several detours. All in all a poor experience and it was not helped by unfriendly and defensive Hertz employees who did not apologize or attempt to remedy the situation.Reviewed Feb 11 2017
