Pros: The staff at the pick up place was not friendly or helpful at all. Actually, I'm gonna file a claim against that woman to Avis. I will never recommend to use that branch. She was the worst stsff ever in my experience without any respect or kindness to a customer.Cons: I believe the owner of the branch should be resigned.

Pros: The car functioned and was full of gas when I got it.Cons: During coronavirus, I expected the car to be cleaner. There was a straw wrappers and other trash by the passenger seat, which makes me wonder if it was sanitized between users.

Pros: Quick car delivering, clean, corresponding to the model I needed. I had a problem with my passport, forgotten in the train and waiting it to come back at the station, and the employee accepted a copy of it to build the contract. Fortunately I got my passport quickly...

Cons: We called corporate office to extend reservation, and they said we were all set. We had our doubts because the girl my boyfriend talked to seemed confused. When we called the local drop off location, the next day. they said they had no extension on file and charged us a late fee.

Pros: The staff upon pickup were very good. The car was clean and in good condition.Cons: Returning was slow as there was only one employee who was staffing the desk, washing cars, and moving cars around the lot. This seems unfair both on the employee and customers waiting.

terrible service at drop off ruined the whole expeCons: The lady you guys have working at the Emeryville store is probably one of the most rude people I have ever encounter. She got pissed because I had to get my things from the car and she had to open the car for me after she had already closed my contract (wtf??). Also, I was late only 29 min and she charged me almost the full price for another entire daily rate. I don't think this is fair. Hertz is WAY MORE flexible than you guys. They WOULD NEVER charge another day for bing late 29 min. I will call customer services because I don't think this is correct.
