The worst experience I've ever had with a car rental, hotel or restaurant. Manager at Hertz yelled and pointed his finger in my 70 year old wife's face. We paid extra with Kayak to get a gas powered car and were given a Tesla with no option of getting the gas car we had reserved. Hertz gave no instruction on how to use the car such as how to start it. how to lock it, etc. Should at least refund me the difference between the gas and electric car rental price. Kayak Wins AgainPros:Getting the car was a breeze. I showed up, was asked a few questions, we went out and looked at the car, went back in and completed everything in under 10 minutes before I was on the road. Kia Sportage was a great car on the road, especially with unlimited miles. The car had clean interior. External was muddy, but they ware doing construction on the road leading into it. I was told if I wanted to take it to a car wash that they would pay for it, which was nice of them. Return was just as flawless. Thanks to Kayak, I got this vehicle for $363.80 for 10 days.Reviewed Mar 10 2017
