The worst experience I've ever had with a car rental, hotel or restaurant. Manager at Hertz yelled and pointed his finger in my 70 year old wife's face. We paid extra with Kayak to get a gas powered car and were given a Tesla with no option of getting the gas car we had reserved. Hertz gave no instruction on how to use the car such as how to start it. how to lock it, etc. Should at least refund me the difference between the gas and electric car rental price.
