Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to explore the city on foot and access key attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and professionalism, contributing to an enjoyable stay. Many guests appreciated the quality and variety of the breakfast, as well as the availability of parking. Spacious and comfortable rooms were also highlighted as a positive aspect. However, some reviews noted issues with outdated facilities, noise, and air conditioning, though these did not overshadow the overall positive experience for most guests.

Pros (+) Being a tall building the views from the room ana bar/breakfast room were nice.
Cons (-) Only 8 Portuguese TV channels! It's 2017! Very dated bathrooms. Bar had zero atmosphere. Breakfast very ordinary. Functional hotel, not a special place to stay.
