Cons: We booked 4 rooms for 2 nights from 6 - Nov 2019. My friend in one room noticed there were no toiletries like shampoo and soap in his room. He told his room mate to go down to the reception counter to try to get some. Was questioned by the staff that it cannot be so and asked to go back to the room to check. My friend felt very disgusted and phoned the counter staff and insisted he come up to the room to check for himself for trying to insinuate that the guest was lying! There were no toothbrushes provided in the room. During check in I overheard the counter staff asking another caucasian guest if he has his own toothbrush. But we were not asked and realised none were provided. Double standard s in treatment of hotel guests.

Pros: The location is very near Subway station for Line 6 Yidelu, which is great! It has escalator, ease up the hassle to carry our luggages. There's international port for all kinds of plugs in-built in the room. They changed our bedsheets cover quite frequent although we stayed 4 nights. Friendly staff and helpful when we ask for directions.

Cons: I was told that my booking was automatically cancelled due to my late arrival and no advance payment. But advance payment was not an option when I was making the booking, in fact, payment was not even required to confirm the booking. And I've stated very clearly that my approximate arrival time was between 9-10pm, a deadline to check in before 6pm was never informed. How untrustworthy is this hotel?? Not recommended to anyone!!

Pros: The location is very near Subway station for Line 6 Yidelu, which is great! It has escalator, ease up the hassle to carry our luggages. There's international port for all kinds of plugs in-built in the room. They changed our bedsheets cover quite frequent although we stayed 4 nights. Friendly staff and helpful when we ask for directions.
Cons: The Wifi is quite poor. Could have better security if the lift is accessible with room card.

Cons: dirty carpet in the room, smelly bathroom, dirty shower room, quite slow service (more than 20 mins for waiting the maintenance to fix the door(the battery of the door is dead.)

Pros: Special thanks to the staff - Susie, he has done above expectations. I have booked for twin bed room. However, upon arrival, one of the reception staff asked would a double bed work out to be a better option for me as the room space is bigger. Then I asked what is the size of the double bed - it could be queen size or king size. She told me it is 1.2m. I am quite shocked to learn about the bed size as how it gonna fit for 2 of us. Thus to further clarified, the staff decided to show me the bedding configuration. After viewing of the beds, I opted for double bed. BUT, this has turned to my worst nightmare as the room I have had, comes with fluorescent lights instead of that kinda typical hotel lighting. There have no fridge, no safe deposit box as what have stated on booking.com and worst of all NO power point to plug the electrical kettle! I have to boil the water under the table of the so called TV console. Fortunately, a known staff - Susie solved my problems all at once. A big thank you to her, she is really done above expectations!! Keep up your good job girl!

Cons: 1. Staff while understanding English on purpose communicate in Chinese pretending they don't understand whenever they don't want to understand you. 2. The room didn't have the basic supplies such as tooth paste, tooth brush, soap, and many others, which are normally provided in other even the most cheap hotels I saw. 3. From previous experience even staying in more high-end rooms will not affect your service and attitude from the staff.

Cons: Room card needed to be updated daily, to enter room or operate elevator. Staff is nice and helpful, but do not speak English. Credit card machine did not work for Mastecard, so ended paying with cash deposit, although on previous visits did not have any problem with the same card.
