Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to public transport, shopping, and dining options. However, many reviews mention significant cleanliness issues, including stained carpets, unpleasant odors, and overall untidiness. Service is described as average, with some positive remarks about staff but also reports of unfriendly attitudes. Amenities are mixed, with some guests appreciating the convenience of nearby stores and restaurants, while others note missing or outdated features like fridges and working TVs. Value for price is considered acceptable by some, but comfort and overall experience are hampered by ongoing renovations and maintenance problems.
