Pros:
Staff picking up car was OK. Returning car Staff, assistant manager was great and apologized.Cons:
We rented and paid for a Chrysler 300 or silimlar like Camry and instead we got a small KIA Forte which is not similar. The KIA was too small for 4 adults adults 69 to 75 years old and was very hard getting in and out of this smaller car which made the trip less enjoyable. Felt like they should have upgraded us to a similar car which they said KIA was but said they would upgrade us for $120 more which was ridiculous. Happy with Kayak but unhappy with Sixt. The location of this Sixt is terrible and took forever to find. The address listed is not where the location is, it’s actually around the corner. And the parking lot for the vehicles is a block away. For pick up of vehicle with a bunch of luggage straight from the airport, this is incredibly inconvenient and I’m very glad the lady offered to get the vehicle for me. And at least there is a guy in the lot that you can drop the keys off with so you don’t have to walk back to “check out”.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Booked the car through Kayak, the Enterprise location didn’t actually have a car available (the website shouldn’t allow me to book through them). The enterprise did try to call immediately after I booked and left a voicemail telling me they didn’t actually have vehicles for the next morning, but I didn’t receive the voicemail. I spent $40 on an Uber to their location, only to be told by their agent they they didn’t have cars, and that they did call to tell me that the night prior. When asked why they didn’t try calling again in the morning, to perhaps save me a trip, they basically had no response. The customer service at the location was non-existent, there was no attempt to rectify or apologize for the inconvenience, the woman “helping” me never made eye contact with me, and repeatedly just kept saying, “we did call and leave you a message.” It was clear they had no interest or concept of customer service, so I had them cancel the reservation, I then booked direct through National Car Rental at the airport for the next day and had a great experience. I won’t book through Kayak again, had this been a business trip it could have caused serious issues. When I reserve a vehicle I need to be able to trust that it’s an actual reservation.Avis

I sat and waited for a car they couldn’t find for over an hour before they finally gave me a different model, it was damaged and then had to be switched to another car. As I was driving out I saw that they finally brought up the car I was supposed to have originally but I was done dealing with that by then.6,0 Okay
