Hotel walking distance to pools...love that! Room a little dirty and could hear television through walls of hotel guest near me. I was placed near elevator and stairs which I dont think super.com gives you an option of special requests.

We stayed in a king suite which was amazing. Plenty of room for our family of 4. We walked across the street to the Glenwood Hot Springs. Food was good and desserts were amazing. Explored the hotel looking for ghosts, didn’t find any but did smell cigar smoke…sppoookkyy. Wonderful trip

Pros (+) Nice atmosphere and location is excellent! Hot springs nearby and downtown is just over the bridge, which is a short walk.
Cons (-) Old wiring so lights would flicker. Toilet seat was loose.
Pros (+) I loved the history of the hotel and the location was perfect.
Cons (-) The room it’s self was dirty, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, bathtub had not been cleaned, crank on bathroom window was broke so you couldn’t close it, the cable kept going out, looking out our window there was trash in the trees and on the ground from the roofers that wasn’t cleaned up all weekend. Overall super bummed as we were really excited to stay at the hotel.
Pros (+) The building itself is beautiful, and it's location right in the middle of Glenwood Springs is perfect to take advantage of local attractions. Also, all of the staff were very friendly and service was top-notch.
Cons (-) It's an older neighborhood, so parking is at a premium during peak tourist days. Also, we were there during abnormally warm weather, and the hotel isn't air conditioned. Adjust your expectations accordingly.
Pros (+) Beautiful, vintage building. Staff was awesome, everyone from the concierge to the janitors were super friendly. The hotel is perfectly located for a vacation in Glenwood Springs.
Cons (-) It's not air conditioned and the two days we were there were abnormally warm. Prepare accordingly.
