Everything was top notch from the representative pulling the vehicle up to the door and giving us tips for drop off for our departure back home. All other budget rental car locations need to model this one. The car cleanliness and maintenance was great!

Cons:

The gal at counter was not present. Would not let me charge to a new card, had to be the one one file. Gave me keys to a suv that had seat buckles all chewed up by a dog, totally broken. She knew I had 3 car seats or kids, too. No empathy, horrible service. I would do anything I can in future to avoid Budget rental car at this airport.

Checked me in and out quickly, efficient, with respect and courtesy, this individual went way and beyond performing his job 👏 I Will rent again from this company. Our rental agreement included "I will fill gas tank" option. We drove very little, so it only needed $8.25 to fill the tank. However, I was charged an additional $38.18 for "Fuel and Service"! What a ripoff!! I didn't have a physical receipt, but I did send the details from my CC statement.
