Perfect location as we could walk everywhere. Hospitality was above and beyond. Comfortable, large room that was quiet. Breakfast was delicious and Mel was the head server who went out of his way to make sure we were happily fed (" how are you, what can I get you, I'll be right back with that"). I rented the honeymoon suite, The tub wasn’t cleaned, they promised to clean it and no one did anything. They had the gas turned off for the fire place and didn’t tell us until the next day after we couldn’t get it started and asked for help multiple times. And forget calling the front desk, no one will answer, you have to walk up there. It was awful… we left after that… won’t go back!
Pros (+) Loved the feel of this property. Very well kept and great location. Right between hot springs pool and caverns park!!
Cons (-) Staff said pool was too cold to swim in. We stayed here because of the kid friendly pool but they said it’s only kept luke warm.

Pros (+) We try to stay at the Best Western Antlers evey year. It isn't the lowest price but to me it is the best value. The grounds are beautiful, he continental breakfast is great. We have tried other Glenwood hotels but this is our favorite.
Cons (-) Our room was a little musty when we walked in but it cleared when we lowered the air conditioning a bit.
