Loved the feel of this property. Very well kept and great location. Right between hot springs pool and caverns park!!
Staff said pool was too cold to swim in. We stayed here because of the kid friendly pool but they said it’s only kept luke warm.

It was an okay hotel other then a couple of things the irked me.
I got to the hotel about 5 hours before their check in time hoping they would let me check in. I got a stern no so my friend and i sat in the parking lot for about an hour to figure out what we were going to do, we saw about 5 groups of people leave the hotel looking like they were checking out. We even asked to check in again and they told us no. Also when we got back from a busy day at about 1 am thats when we had to check in, we walked into our room and it was probably 30 degrees. The heat had been turned off so we crawled into bed with all of our snowboard clothes on to find that the only blankets were pretty much 3 layers of sheets so my friend went to the front desk to ask for more blankets...of course they didn't have anymore. So we literally slept in all of our snowboard gear, including coats because it was so cold in our room.

Our favorite place to stay in Glenwood
We try to stay at the Best Western Antlers evey year. It isn't the lowest price but to me it is the best value. The grounds are beautiful, he continental breakfast is great. We have tried other Glenwood hotels but this is our favorite.
Our room was a little musty when we walked in but it cleared when we lowered the air conditioning a bit.
