Pros (+) Room layout was nice.
Cons (-) The bed and pillows are super uncomfortable. Mattress tooooo form. Pillows left a kink in my neck. Some too sore and some too fluffy. Thermostat didn’t work correctly and couldn’t get the temp in the room right. I requested water to be brought to my room and it was not, even though they said it would.
