Pros: Car wasn't ready after 2 hours past my reservation time and I had to cancel.Cons: Have cars available when customers are set to pick them up. Don't book here if you have a schedule as you won't make it on time.

Cons: Took almost 3 hours to get our rental three different vehicles before they gave us one that was able to be used. The manager told us that he would give us a discount at the end of the rental which never happened. When they change the vehicles they never change the dates on the return and had it as a one day rental with a week rate. You got a call two days before it was due back saying it was to be returned on the day I picked it up and it was ready for a week. We let them know ahead of time that I had a service dog and they gave us a vehicle which will lock the dog in the back of the vehicle not being able to get to us. So we had to wait for them again to clean a vehicle talk to hours and 45 minutes to get the vehicles that they offered clean. However everthing Else was excellent as far as the vehicle itself and the return was easy it just to close almost 3 hours to get the vehicle which made us rent a motel room for an additional night instead of being down while we needed to be for a meeting

Pros: Nothing....Cons: Had an extensive wait time when picking up the vehicle simply because it just wasn’t ready. This location cleans the cars before they are picked up instead of after they are returned. Hertz was unresponsive when I called them on multiple occasions. I Did not get help with roadside emergency when I needed it, had to make my own arrangements due to extremely long hold times. Vehicle cleanliness was terrible, had to wait over an hour for the car to be cleaned to find it was only vacuumed. I had a problem with an air leak in the passenger front tire, I cannot prove it but I suspect vehicle was rented to me in this condition simply because the tire was low the next morning after I picked it up, just seemed like too much coincidence but You never know. Hertz did not acknowledge this and said I was responsible for tire replacement if it was irreparable. Haven’t heard back yet on the outcome of that but the car has 29k miles, well over half the life of the tire, so I should not have to pay for a new tire since I did not have a new tire to begin with. Will not be renting from this location again, nor will I rent from hertz period. Very disappointed.

Pros: The cost for the rental was great. Drove Well out of my way to this location just for that.Cons: The car wasn’t ready at my pickup time. The vehicle type I requested was available but the associate insisted I upgrade which I refused. I looked at 3 cars, all of which were dirty and needed to be cleaned so I had to wait for that. It looks to me that the cars are not cleaned when they are returned but before they are rented out. I finally drove off 2 hours after my scheduled pickup time Which set my trip back. I ended up having to keep the car for 3 extra days due to unforeseen circumstances so I had attempted to reach someone at that office Several times on several different Occasions over a period of those three days to let them know I had to keep the vehicle longer but was not able to reach anyone there or leave a message for someone to call me back. I also had gotten stuck in a mud rut on the side of the road when I pulled over to check my phone. I was in need of roadside service which happened during normal business hours but the roadside assistance line said the wait times were longer than expected so I had to wait on hold for well over 30 minutes. I ended up calling a local tow truck to come and help me out. Fortunately I was able to wait but I’m not sure what would have happened had this been a real emergency that required immediate assistance. I’m not sure when this happened so I can’t say the car was given to me like this but during the course of my trip Starting a few hours after my trip started, the low pressure light came on for the front passenger Tire. I put some air in and went on my way. This happened a few times during my trip so it was clear there was a leak in the tire. I didn’t have to fill that often so I just filled it up when it needed it until the last couple of days. The problem had gotten significantly worse which forced me to fill it several times a day. Just overall, a mediocre experience.

Cons: My reservation was for 5pm. I arrived at 4:45 to find the location had closed at 4 and would not open until 8am the next day. I was leaving town at 7am so I had was forced to cancelled the reservation.

Pros: The staff was not friendly and did not explain the terms at all. The extra charges were not explained or pointed out and only when it was time to pay, we realized how many extra costs were added. When we asked about this we were told "that everyone knows what extra costs need to be included". This was very rude and very wrong. We almost cancelled the reservation.Cons: The sales person needs to spell out the terms and if there are extra costs involved, he or she must point them out and explain them and not just go ahead and charge for them.

Pros: Clean carCons: The drip off location was closed when I was supposed to drop it off. I was not informed that it would be closed, so I had to take it to another site and was charged extra. Careless customer service

Kile, one of the employees, was mouthing off to us & unprofessionalPros: They did not have my car, but the manager, Luke, gave me a nicer car instead.Cons: Kyle, one of the employees, was mouthing off to the other customers and then was mouthing off to us saying that he never talked to us on the phone even though we showed the manager our phone log that had his phone number on it. Only the manager was working because Kyle was sitting in the back being loud and rude, and one other employee was locked out of his computer so he couldn't do anything, either.

Pros: People at Hertz were nice.Cons: It appeared there was little to no communication between you all and Hertz. They did not know my rate and it was frustrating that your rate did not match what they had in their computer. Let me be clear I do not blame Hertz for this I am upset at your communication with the.
