Kile, one of the employees, was mouthing off to us & unprofessional
Pros: They did not have my car, but the manager, Luke, gave me a nicer car instead.
Cons: Kyle, one of the employees, was mouthing off to the other customers and then was mouthing off to us saying that he never talked to us on the phone even though we showed the manager our phone log that had his phone number on it. Only the manager was working because Kyle was sitting in the back being loud and rude, and one other employee was locked out of his computer so he couldn't do anything, either.

Cons: It appeared there was little to no communication between you all and Hertz. They did not know my rate and it was frustrating that your rate did not match what they had in their computer. Let me be clear I do not blame Hertz for this I am upset at your communication with the.

Not to many positive impressions
Pros: Overall Price through Kayak ok
Cons: Outside of car was dirty Pickup Service didn't work because they know their phones are redirected to their Callcenter early in the morning. No option to Dropoff service after rental when you return after hours. No possible deduction of rental price if prepaid. Overall bad experience, would just reconsider renting here if they are the lowest price

Cons: Switched car sizes midway through rental period because we ended up needing something bigger and I had to pay the new car rental price for the WHOLE duration - even for the days that I didn't use the larger vehicle. I think that's outrageous. I should only be charged for the days that I used it. A bit of a rip-off if you ask me.

Cons: Upon pickup, the rental car had not been washed thus making it difficult to see flaws during the pre-rental inspection. After getting the car, the interior was dirty -- to the extent that the inside windows had obviously not been cleaned. I could wipe my finger on the inside of the window and could see the film residue -- this made it difficult to see out of the window in direct sunlight. Rental location did not have a drop box for the return of the car. When I mentioned it, I was told the drop box was behind the building. The location was in a strip center -- I would have never considered walking to the rear of a strip building to return keys. This was just weird.

Great Experience
Pros: The car I rented developed a leak in the left front tire. I rented the car in Texas. Went to Hertz in Clearwater, FL. They exchanged it for the same vehicle and I was back on the road 5 minutes later! Great value, great experience!
