The maintenance in the rooms wasn't great, first room I was in had multiple things that were questionable, second room was much better but even then on a new remodel the sink leaked underneath. Whoever attached the drain pipe to the trap tried to seal it with a massive go of silicone..... Which clearly leaked and left water on the floor. Find some different general contractors, manage the project,...
