Cons (-) I had to cancel this stay due to a $200 deposit that was not shared during the booking process. I’m have never been required to put a deposit such as this down just to book a $55.00 one night stay. This is something I think that should be looked into as I believe it’s unfair and false advertising on the hotels part.

Pros (+) beautiful courtyard, pool, full kitchen, and plenty of drawer space, very helpful staff, and room nicely furnished, but rooms bay view of boats in the marina, the bay and the courtyard with the hot tub was glorious!!
Cons (-) light bulb out, bathroom so small had to dismantle the toilet paper roll to sit comfortably, woken by cleaning in middle of stay to clean although had a do not disturb sign on door, and 2 out of 4 days they did not replace the coffee for the coffee machine. AND although I had bad knees there was no elevator only lots of sets
