Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access Florence's main attractions, markets, and transportation. However, many reviews mention issues with service, citing unhelpful or rude staff, inflexible policies, and problems with late check-in or luggage storage. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms clean and others noting areas for improvement. Bathrooms are frequently described as small, uncomfortable, or in need of updates. Noise is also a recurring concern, with thin walls and external disturbances affecting comfort for several guests. Overall, while the location is a major highlight, service and facilities could be improved.AI-generated from customer reviews
