Pros (+) Best location in Florence.
Cons (-) Room was too small, particularly the bathroom. One one day the housekeeping staff didn’t make up our room until late in the day. Breakfast staff failed to advise that we could order special from the kitchen in addition to what was placed in the buffet. Bed too low.
