Location, breakfast, ambience
There was lots of dust in the room and the towels were releasing some fabric on skin( not sure why though) I gave my rented car to the garage, and when giving the car back the next day in venice i saw the scratches on the rim and the garage guy didn’t mention it. I am confident it happened at my stay there with the valet guys. The rent a car company made me pay 85€ for this damage.
