Pros:Food was very good
Pros:This hotel was clean and welcoming. They have free perks such that made it even more appealing! Dinner, popcorn, movies and free breakfast. We will definitely go back!
Pros:Very helpful and caring staff. Wonderful breakfast with good variety. Nightly snacks that could replace dinner.
Cons:We had some trouble with our keys stopping work but repairs and apologies were rapid.
Pros:I have never been to this hotel before, but got pre-stay emails that asked my preferences on type of room I would like. I liked how friendly they were the day before my arrival with pre-checking in. And said they said they'd put in my request for a quiet room and a view. Very impressed with the pre-stay texts/emails. Also impressed with free dinner, drinks and free continental breakfast. Also very quiet in our area motel although a busy Labor Day weekend with lots of kids, and very clean, comfortable room!!! Most of the staff was wonderful!
Cons:In the pre-checking in texts they gave options of what type of room I'd want, I requested quiet room and a view (it was one of the options. I didn't know what kind of view would be in the area of the motel.) When I got to the check in (20 min early) the lady there was less than friendly and snippy about my room not being ready (I understood I was early, but I didn't need to be treated rudely). I mentioned the two areas they said they'd give me...quiet room and view. She literally laughed at me when I said view (because there wasn't a great one from the motel). I'd didn't know that, It was a pretty area in general and I didn't look to see where all the windows were located, we had just pulled up to one side of the building. She made some snippy comment about Cracker Barrell or a street being a view and it was rudely stated, (the person with me thought she was rude too). I didn't care if there was no good view, I was just repeating what my text told me I could ask for. "View" shouldn't be an option, if there is no side of the hotel that has a good view....but either way, I shouldn't have been scoffed at by the first person I talk to upon arrival. It set a tone. I didn't mind waiting for my room, but was not happy with such a non-welcoming person, hopefully she was just having a bad day, otherwise she should be working back office/not with the public. The rest of the staff was great!
Pros:We were pleased with the room except for a bed that had a "body sink hole spot" by the phone in front of the tv. The bath and shower pressure were excellent! Super accommodating staff!. Pool could use some maintenance. Floors are super slippery. nice hot tub.
