Cons (-) I was under the impression that I could cancel my reservation free of charge, but that was not true. I will never use this service to book a hotel room again

Pros (+) Very much all that is expected from a nice hotel and the Hilton chain. Hampton Inn locations are known to be appealing and great place to stay.
Cons (-) toilets are too low if 6 ft your knees are above your eyes not comfortable at all for a "business trip" or leisure. AND the flush was forever and many times not sufficient.
