Pros (+) I (and everyone else) was trapped there for an extra day due to a blizzard. Staff responded to this difficult situation with much grace and professionalism. I wish I could remember their names; they deserved a bonus from management.
Cons (-) Being charged full price for the extra night when no was was able to leave was disappointing. Even the guy plowing the lots had to get a room because he and his 4wd truck couldn't go anywhere else. Due to the circumstances rates for those stranded should have been discounted. But the staff's professionalism and courtesy was so good I'm not pursuing it. I would definitely stay there again.
