Cons (-) Breakfast was over as early as 930 when I went down to eat. Loud heater-/air. Load rattling bathroom fan. Dingy blankets that are years old.

Pros (+) Price points are pretty good for long term stay, and they will work with you if you find a cheaper price online.
Cons (-) Parking is one car per room, and that's no joke! Their parking lot is tiny and awkward if you drive a larger vehicle.

Pros (+) I've stayed here on many occasions when visiting family and friends in Eugene and have always had a good stay. No frills for this little hotel, but it's clean, in a good area, the staff is friendly and they have breakfast.
Cons (-) The water pressure in the showers is always low.
