My car got a flat tire on the highway. When I returned the car, their main concern was that everyone in my group was okay, not about the car or the tire. It was refreshing.

Car was not available so received a free upgrade to a mini SUV that was not ready so we had to wait until it was cleaned.

Such great service and vehicle great but frustrating that there was not enough inventory at airport so we had to pick up vehicle downtown (I’m ok with that) but the charge to drop it back at airport was $100 (one time charge) when the airport is 16miles away. I would recommend they provide a shuttle or offer a taxi service for the high traffic periods

Busy corner and if you need to fill up stay right before you go to lot, cheap gas 1/2 a block up. Very nice employees and if I ever needed anything they would try to accommodate me.

The car we were coming down to Eugene in broke down, we asked Enterprise if we could pick it up that night or the next day, possibly with a small discount since we had to pay to take a train down to Eugene after our car was towed & we would only have the car for 1/2 days. I know I’m not entitled to anything, but it was a bummer when we had to pay the full price, and also that every person we talked to gave us completely different answers regarding opening/closing times, the latest/earliest we could pick up the car, etc. When we picked up the car, the customer service worker was very rude, wouldn’t answer our questions in full, and made us feel like we were a nuisance. I work in customer service, I’m not asking for overly positive workers, I would just prefer clear answers regarding the $40,000 car I was about to borrow. It was a lame weekend full of lame happenstances like this, what can you do?

The 6th Ave staff was very helpful at pickup. When I arrived to pickup a car, several other customers were there too. The staff kept working until after 5 to adequately take care of everyone. The staffer helping me gave me good advice on a full size upgrade as I'd reserved an economy car that wouldn't perform sufficiently in the mountains where I was headed. At dropoff, I accidentally went to the 11th Ave location. The fellow there was very agreeable about checking the Dodge Charger in for me, and it was so very quick.

The staff was very friendly and the drop-off process was quick and easy.Pickup took 50 minutes. I had a confirmed booking for an economy car, but after a long wait, I received a mini-van. The van had a significant amount of dog hair in the rear seat, and only a quarter tank of gas.

Told me they wouldn't do a pick-up or drop-off unless it was for an insurance claim. Ran my card for more than the agreed-upon amount causing it to be declined. Once I got that cleared up they said they can only run the card once per day. Asked if they can break a 20 so I can get change for the bus to go down to Avis, and they said they had no cash. Thanks for nothing

Drop-off couldn't have been better - quick and friendly staff.Woman at pick-up was rude. Acted like every action was a burden. Car was dirty.
