Cons: The pillows are not the best, they are too soft that you can barely feel it under your neck!!! I wake up with a stiff neck everyday!!
Pros: great design & comfort, perfect location in the city, superb restaurant
Cons: no slippers and bathrobe for our child in the room upon arrival, some things took a bit longer for the staff to arrange
Pros: Well-kept, spacious halls and rooms, enough staff, fine amenities.
Cons: The food in from the bar and ordered through room-service was lousy, not at all up to the mark (the Ceasar salad, for example, had mayonnaise instead of dressing!). And had to ask for my shower cap, the vanity kit was not renewed. Just one soap bar, which is not enough!
Cons: The spa was terrible and they did not even have the sauna or steam room on. Very bad.
Pros: Perfect location super hotel, friendly personel
Cons: The menu for weinachten was not oké , not good and to much pony for that kind of goud also the wine was not oké For a hotel like this it could be much better.

Pros: Every think was great specially the location
Pros: LOCATION OF THE HOTEL
Cons: It's was OK for me
Pros: fifty nine bar has the best food, the lobby is big and has dubai vibes :)
Cons: i didnt know how to get to the gym
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Go stuck in a lift!
Pros: Very well located, exceptionally clean room, attentive staff. Whenever we go to Düsseldorf, Intercontinental is our no. 1 choice.
With a stay at Auszeit Hotel Düsseldorf - das Frühstückshotel in Düsseldorf (Bilk), you'll be a 4-minute drive from Mitsubishi Electric Hall and 8 minutes from Konigsallee. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: The hotel was situated close to public transportation. The rooms were spacious, clean and quite comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room overlooked a beautiful court yard. We enjoyed our stay immensely,
Cons: We really do not have anything to say was a disadvantage. We have only positive things to say about our stay.
Pros: Breakfast was fantastic, staff were all really friendly, very clean hotel.
Cons: Temperature too high in the night.
Pros: Verry clean! Super friendly staff! Lots of free parking outside the hotel! Sound proff rooms! Quiet area! All was perfect!
Cons: Everything was super!
Pros: I really liked the welcoming and kind atmosphere in general. The hotel is nothing breath taking but very well maintained and clean, all the staff is super nice and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast has a lot of variety, it's almost impossible to not find what you like/need and if something is missing you can just ask. Also very handy the possibility to have a light dinner or snack from 7 to 11 pm (also with room service) at very convenient prices. We've not used them but it's important to note that there's also a sauna and a gym.
Cons: For the price we have paid the room is very small, especially the bed it's too tiny for 2 people of normal height. Same for the toilet and shower. I would have appreciated free snacks and frigo bar included in the price. Even though the variety of the breakfast is huge, quality could be improved.
Pros: The room was very tasteful and generous Lovely the sweets at reception
Pros: Great breakfast as the name suggests:)
Pros: Really good breakfast.
Cons: Shower little bit small.
Pros: Friendly staff, incredible breakfast, spacious rooms and super comfy beds: best hotel we stayed in this year. We ll certainly choose Auszeit Hotel for our future stays in Düsseldorf! Congrats to the team!
Pros: The staff were accommodating and helpful. The breakfast cuisine had the most variety and healthy foods I've ever experienced.
Cons: The location could be closer to Dusseldorf and commerce.
The Hotel Indigo® Düsseldorf Victoriaplatz is inspired by the Fashion City that surrounds us. It’s reflected in our rooms, our restaurant and lobby, where retro-meets-modern style makes us an elegant destination from which to discover our neighborhood’s hidden gems. Each of our floors celebrates a different decade of fashion, with murals and artwork in our corridors and guest rooms that show off its diversity, evolution and renewal. Our cushy garden terrace is the summertime place to see and be seen, and our hotel is centrally located between Messe Düsseldorf, renowned for its international fairs, and Düsseldorf City Center, with its famous shopping boulevard, Königsallee, in the middle of the fashion mecca.
Pros: Amazing hotel very modern unique original fashion theme design extremely clean. Friendly considerate and helpful staff. Great location would definitely recommend and would stay again.
Cons: Lighting in room could be a bit brighter that is only issue but not major.
Pros: This is a gem of an hotel. The staff are friendly, efficient and courteous. I asked for a few things from room service and they arrived within minutes. The room decor is quirky and so much more interesting than the usual hotel decor. Bed and bedding are superior to the extent that each person has their own doona. There is a radio in the bathroom.
Cons: The only improvement I could suggest is a steam iron to replace the very lightweight iron that was in our room.
Pros: Huge room; Real coffee machine in the room; Very stylish and comfortable; Great gym and sauna area; Very close to Victoriaplatz metro station and within walking distance of the city centre.
Cons: You have to reconnect to the WiFi every time you enter the hotel.
Pros: clean comfortable room
Cons: Breakfast was too chaotic and too crowded, not very comfortable and relaxed. Staff was friendly though.
Cons: No comments
Pros: The bed was really comfy, the staff very polite and the hotel room was really modern and spotless.
Cons: There wasn't a door in the shower so the water got on the floor and ended up on the hallway, so maybe a door is a good idea? :)
Pros: The room was very spacious, 2 chairs in room. Good bar staff very friendly
Cons: The T V didn’t work for most of our stay.
Pros: The bed was VERY comfy. The front desk was very helpful and ordered a taxi for us upon request that arrived promptly. The location is great - really just a 10 or 15 minute walk to the city center at a pleasant pace. They had delicious cookies for snacks in the lobby and the rooms were much larger than expected. The rooms were nice and modern. Everything was sparkling.
Cons: Zero complaints. Absolutely loved everything.
With a stay at Maritim Hotel Düsseldorf in Düsseldorf (Unterrath), you'll be a 5-minute drive from ISS Dome and 6 minutes from Messe Duesseldorf. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a 24-hour business center, and express check-in. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: The breakfast was delicious!
Cons: The layout was very strange and confusing, the room was very small.
Pros: Location its outstanding if you are leaving from Dusseldorf Airport and dont want to deal with taxi, trains or other transportation before your flight.
Cons: It's very busy Hotel, so expect 30 or 40 minutes to check in. Also plan your dinners and Brrakfast in advance as it could take awhile to get served. Breakfast Buffet it's good, lots of choices also expensive for 25earo.
Pros: Fantastic all round!
Pros: Clean and convenient to airport
Cons: The site states that hotel is linked to airport via walkway. It is NOT
Pros: Everything was exceptional, lovely bathroom and facilities, comfortable bed and surroundings.
Pros: Customer service at reception was outstanding
Cons: Gym is too small another bike would be appreciated
Pros: Very close to the terminal. Clean and comfortable room.
Cons: I was asking for check-in at 11:30 in the morning. Even if rooms were available, they want to charge 29 Euro for early check-in. I refuse and postponed. Not acceptable.
Cons: Bar Food at Lunchtime could have a better selection
Pros: The bellman was especially courteous and professional.
Cons: A bit pricey.
Pros: Overall the hotel was a great place to overnight. Location and ease of access to the airport was excellent.
Cons: Did not receive the wakeup call I requested.
With a stay at me and all hotel duesseldorf, you'll be centrally located in Düsseldorf, within a 5-minute drive of Museum Kunstpalast and Duesseldorf City Hall. Featured amenities include express check-out, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Excellent location , staff and attitude . We will be coming back . The lounge everyday on the 11 th Floor had amazing views .
Cons: Over Christmas period the lounge was closed a few days , so expected . Breakfast collection was limited but good value .
Pros: Lovely Japan-inspired interior with great city views from our 9th floor room. Very comfy beds. In the heart of Duesseldorf's Japanese quarter - location could not be better. We loved every second. Thanks so much!
Pros: Close to central station but also walking distance to most points of interest, we didn't need to use any sort of transportation. Plus it's just in the heart of Japanese quarter. Room was spacious, luxurious, and very clean. Lots of awesome facilities and amenities (loving the free bottle of water and also the kit and slippers, feels like hotels in Japan but spacious)
Located in one of two towers at the tip of a peninsula, the 303 room hotel is linked to the opposite side of the media harbour by a graceful pedestrian bridge. From the hotel, guests enjoy a unique view of harbour, Old Town and the River Rhine.
Pros: Great facilities and comfortable bed!
Cons: The room was too small, no ventilation on the toilet and bathroom and overall too small space
Pros: Excellent breakfast available with friendly staff and well managed place. The Gym also was quite, clean and tidy
Pros: parking, room and bathroom , great view, King room 16th floor )
Cons: only one night...everything Perfect!
Pros: everythin, the room, spa, breakfast
Pros: The hotel is the best in Düsseldorf, so with the Hyatt its premier in terms of luxury.
Cons: It was remote from the main city anf not near to markets at christmas so factor that into your cost
Pros: I used to come regularly to this particular hotel and used to be looking forward to my visit. Not that much anymore! The Club level is not open before 2pm despite a door plate at the entrance stating opening times from 0630-2200. The whole idea of a Club level and the reason one pays for this extra service is to provide that extra service. The snack hour stops sharply at 2000 and the staff does not enquire if one would like anything else before literally locking everything off! Am sure it would not break the bank to continue and provide refreshments at least during the stated opening hours especially since they have plenty of receptionists which are not busy and could staff other facilities of the hotel. Very disappointed. An unexpected change to the worse.
Cons: The Club level advertised offers did not mirror its availability Staff in charge of The Club level Receptionists struggling with English as an understandably spoken language
Pros: Great hotel, delicious food and lovely staff.
With a stay at Van der Valk Airporthotel Düsseldorf in Düsseldorf (Düsseldorf Government Region), you'll be a 1-minute drive from ISS Dome and 8 minutes from Messe Duesseldorf. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The rooms were beautiful.
Pros: Loved the big rooms! Very clean and comfortable! Close to the tram to go downtown Düsseldorf
Pros: Hotel is located in comfortable location to DUS, by taxi reachable in 5min. My room was spacious with v/comfortable bed in the 7th floor with nice panorama view. Definitely recommend breakfast.
Pros: breakfast was ok location is ok
Cons: offered less than 6 years ago for way more money
With a stay at Living Hotel De Medici by Derag, you'll be centrally located in Düsseldorf, steps from Kunsthalle Duesseldorf and North Rhine-Westphalia Art Collection. Featured amenities include limo/town car service, a computer station, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and a train station pick-up service.
Pros: Beautifully furnished hotel and felt more like a museum really. Equate to a “Night at the Museum”. Rich history with one of the most expensive interior finishes.
Pros: This hotel offers everything that you want from a decent hotel. Great location in the heart of the old town. Staff is very friendly and they have a car valet service. I did not know where the friendly man took my car to, but when I checked out he returned it as if nothing had happened! Amazing. This hotel is very romantic and a great stay for couples. Breakfast is also good.
Cons: The checkin time (3pm) is quite late while the checkout time (11am) is quite early. Especially if you stay for just one night. Luckily our room was ready when we arrived early, but for the late checkout we had to pay extra, which we did.
Pros: Nice location if you want to be near the Altstadt
Cons: They provided complimentary paper-tasting instant coffee (I.e. undrinkable). A 3-star hotel can provide better complimentary coffee. No snacks nor chocolates... even in the lobby there was none to purchase. And the bar closed earlier than claimed. So on the shell front.. it looks like a luxury hotel, but not really.
Pros: The staff were nice but very by the book and at times abrasive in manor. The calculated the bill wrong but fixed it once pointed out. Very nice hotel though.
Pros: Great hotel, location and stadf
Pros: Good facilities and clean room. Location is good also!!!
Cons: In the early morning 8am, housekeeping knock my door and didn’t wait for my response, directly come inside to my room!!!!! OMG!!!!!! I really got pissed of about this!!! I’m having my vacation and wanna a good rest, that she wake me up in the early morning. I can’t sleep after this.... 8am in the morning and I just book for one night. My room should not possible come to clean in the morning! I will check out afterwards. My friends was in the next room and she also got the same problem. Yes
Pros: Very clean and central location.
Cons: The staff could have been more friendly. Housekeeping were very annoying, constantly knocking on the door.
Pros: Really great hotel in center! Friendly stuff. Perfect rooms, good cosmetics, excellent breakfasts.
With a stay at Stage47 in Düsseldorf (Friedrichstadt), you'll be a 5-minute walk from Konigsallee and within a 5-minute drive of Duesseldorf City Hall. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Location was great! Parking was very near the hotel in a parking garage. A lot of opportunities to buy some groceries near by.
Cons: We booked a room with a bathtub (executive room), but received a free "upgrade" to the maisonnette. However, this room did not have a bathtub, so for us this was a major downgrade... The bathtub is the second most important facility for us (after having a bed), as this is something we do not have at home. We were quite unsatisfied that they were not able to offer us the facilities we booked and paid for. No other room with a bathtub was available, as they were fully booked. They did offer free parking to compensate. The room was quite dusty.
Pros: Very large attractive room with quirky style, very, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, fridge, kettle and extensive supply both of wines and soft drinks. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.
Pros: Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Nice spacious rooms. A few minutes walking to the Köningsallee. The street where the luxurious shops are. Parking is also easy at a nearby parking garage. Breakfast was also very good. Good a great choice. Recommend hotel.
Pros: It was a big room, nice bathroom as well. Also the bottles of wine looked very classy and we had a lot of space. It looked like the pictures, mostly.
Cons: We only were there for 1 night and in the morning we couldn’t flush the toilet, we didn’t have any cold water. When we asked for help a lady came to check but couldn’t help. The person who could help wasn’t there but we needed to check out. So we couldn’t shower of anything in the morning. We asked the person at the desk for help, and he said they would email us afterwards about this. We’re not the most difficult people but for one night and the price that we paid it was a bit unconvenient. Also because if you took a closer look the room had quite some stuff that didn’t look really clean. For example the red stain next to the bed. Than 145 for one night is quite much.
Pros: Next to old town and Königsstrasse
Cons: Cleanliness, dark rooms, carpet in the room
Pros: Good location, nice breakfast.
Pros: The executive double room and bathroom were incredibly spacious, clean, well equipped, comfortable and to our taste, which is of course very personal. And another personal note: we never slept better.

Pros: Good and safe location and clean
Cons: Carpet in the room is a little old and no amnesties such as toothbrush in the bathroom
Pros: Great room, very clean. Rituals showergel, bodylotion, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom free to use was great! Location is fantastic: next to a beautiful park and walking distance of Altstadt and Rheinturm.
Cons: Lady at the check-in was not being unfriendly but not in the best mood either. There was a salsa party downstairs which we could hear untill 1.15 am.
Pros: The staff of course. Mr. Hernandez took great care of us . What a wonderful employee. There was one more employee that deserves recognition. Three day beard , short hair. He helped me dial KLM for my flight adjustments. We also enjoyed working with Maria, your Hskp. Superstar. She could run your entire Engineering Dpt. That’s how good she is. The Night Person was lovely. He offered me coffee as I was crawling to the taxi at 3:30 am.
Cons: Room 704 the right bed is too hard. Phone wasn’t working . Room 403 the windows sind nicht dicht deshalb hat die Heizung nicht funktioniert . Room 311 was ok. Mr. Hernandez arranged a fabulous room move. He also spoiled us with a Bademantel and slippers. Thank you. You need laptop charging capability in the rooms. The Glühwein was delicious but always somewhat cold when I got to it. The waitress in the restaurant dropped a beer at our table (my friend got wet) but didn’t offer any service recovery. The Feta cheese salad is yummy. The coffee milk in the room was spoiled on some mornings. Your Sauna and steam bath is lovely . We will be back . Beautiful property .
Pros: the very beautiful lobby and room, the value for money and the cosy restaurant.

Cons: Furniture and Ambiente is quite old and looks used up, Bar is not up to standards, no cosy atmosphere
Pros: Every thing.. the room is more than perfect.. the bathroom very big and amazing.. I just found the best hotel in Germany
Cons: Nothing.. everything was perfect
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, also gluten free options.
Pros: Sauna wellness location Nice breakfast
Cons: No coffee machine or thee facilities at breakfast, You needed to order thee or coffee. When it’s busy, you have to wait I prefer to take it myself Beds: good, but too soft for me. My back hurts.
Pros: Friendly staff Rooms with flair
Cons: Extra of 27 EUR for parking per night was not communicated at arrival Breakfast too expensive
Pros: Location and the staff both are super.
Cons: No room view, not enough restaurants to dine.
Pros: Location Style
Cons: Bed mattress not comfortable Room rate is very expensive
It takes you just a few steps to reach your hotel room from DUS Airport: Sheraton Dusseldorf Airport hotel is directly connected with the Terminal - in the unique location on the roof of car park P3, surrounded by 10.000m² greenery. Warm atmosphere, mature design concept - the Airport Hotel is communicative venue and relaxed hideaway at the same time. Comfortably reachable with excellent access to the motorway, long-distance trains and urban transport and yet far from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. In the 195 Guest Rooms and Junior Suites, soundproofed windows and the Sheraton Signature Sleep experience create your personal space of tranquility. Relax from your travels or prepare for your meeting with green views. Dusseldorf city center and the surrounding area are also well worth visiting and easy to reach.
Pros: I enjoy staying at the Sheration DUS hotel the evening before I depart for the USA when I have been in DUS/CGN region on business for a few days. The reasons why are that the hotel is a short walk to the terminal for early morning flights, the restuarant offers a reasonable menu for the evening before and the hotel has a decently equipped fitness room for cardio workouts.
Cons: As most of business is in Leverkusen and Koln, I avoid the Sheraton until the evening before my flight due to proximity.
Pros: The beds and comforter was so nice! The location was great, basically connected to the airport. My mom and I had a connecting flight the next morning so it was the perfect location for us to stay. Price was also reasonable.
Cons: There is free wifi in the lounge but not in the rooms, you have to pay for it which I thought was kinda ridiculous since I haven't been to a hotel recently that doesn't give you free wifi in the rooms. For us it didn't make much of a difference since it was just a place to stay for the night to catch our flight the next day, but it would have been annoying if I had to stay longer.
Cons: is 2 start, bad rooms, after 11 pm no have to eat.
Pros: It’s location
Cons: Too expensive considering the age and state of the room I had.
Pros: Close to departure hall
Cons: We checked out at 03:30 for a 06:00 flight and we were very surprised and delighted that the Sheraton provided a free early breakfast in the main foray. Dinner was also a surprise and delight. Highly recommendable hotel.
Pros: Fantastic breakfast. Super clean room! One of the best memory about Germany.
Pros: We had a large amount of luggage as we had been traveling for a month. The property being at the airport made it much easier to manage getting everything to our checking counter. The hotel even had a cart available for us to use and leave at the airport.
Cons: Restaurant was a little warm. But the staff and food were excellent!
Pros: Location was perfect at the airport. Convenient for my stay and needs.
Cons: Beds were not as comfy as expected.
Pros: Convenient location, kind reception and bar staff, good adjustable bedside lamps for reading, spacious room, Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary capsules (unfortunately the machine in our room didn’t work)
Cons: Restaurant staff, Nespresso machine in our room did not work
Pros: Airport Hotel - very convenient for those early morning flights. Rooms were quiet, clean and cool. Access to public transportation.
Cons: Food was expensive and not very good. Not much around the hotel. Lobby under renovation.
Located in Düsseldorf (Loerick), Lindner Congress Hotel is within a 10-minute drive of North Rhine-Westphalia Art Collection and German Opera at River Rhein. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Planning an event in Düsseldorf? This hotel has facilities measuring 15715 square feet (1460 square meters), including conference space. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Breakfast very good. View from hotel great. Nice large room, bathroom excellent.
Cons: To far from City centre.
Pros: Weekend break - for sport. Stayed on the 6th floor - very nice Art Deco style recently refurbed rooms. Lots of nice extras. (I’m aware other floors had older style rooms though!) Very quiet the the weekend - very nice!
Cons: Location was a little too far away from old city (@ 15 euro taxi) - this is a business quarter. There is a branch of the hotel in the city too so this was probably ‘our bad’.
Pros: Spacious room, spacious lobby free parking in front of the entrance, nice view from the top floors.
Cons: Staff treats you like you came to their private property and they ask who are u what are you doing here? Room service walks in the room while you sleep in the morning.
Pros: Little food options Price is expensive relevant to lack of certain services such as bell boy But outstanding staffs
Pros: I liked the location of the hotel, it’s near by airport
Pros: Excellent facility and service exemplary of the high standard I would expect from hospitality provider in Germany
A stay at Living Hotel Düsseldorf by Derag places you in the heart of Düsseldorf, within a 10-minute drive of Rhine Tower and University Hospital. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: The hotel was well located near to public transport and a short walk to the centre. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the room though small was well-equipped.
Cons: Milk was not replaced everyday, although when we asked we were given more.
Pros: Everything except a rude me ever of staff in the evening
Cons: The bar in the hotel never seemed to be open only for staff.
Pros: Room was clean and had everything you need. Cleaning staff was both very friendly and helpfull.
Cons: Deskstaff was friendly, but not that service-oriented. Mostly manner of doing, but for instance also needed to ask for a new room with a double bed, despite the request clearly on the booking.
Pros: Ideal place for staying with the family. Clean, cosy, a kitchen is a great bonus for a family with a child. Perfect location. Very professional and client-oriented staff. I would recommend this place for my friends and acquaintances.
Cons: Everything was perfect.
Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly and housekeeping staff were very good, great attention to detail. The location is perfect for getting around the city both from the shopping area around Königs Alee and altstadt and the local parks and cafés behind the hotel on friedrichstraße and the use of the U-Bahn on kirchfeldstraße.
Cons: The only negative thing I can say about my time here was the uncontrollable rainy weather. I can honestly tell you I have nothing negative to say about the hotel.
Pros: Very good breakfast, very nice bathroom and stylish room.
Cons: The only thing was that the room had a distinctive smell of cigarette smoke.
Pros: Cozy apartment and very clean. Breakfast good.
Pros: Excelent breakfast. Room is very confortable and functional.

Find your perfect Meliá hotel for your work or leisure short trip in Düsseldorf and fall in love with this German city that will not leave you indifferent.
Pros: Excellent breakfast buffet with a lot of options. Nice views and interesting architecture. Friendly staff.
Cons: I'd prefer a completely separate bathroom, it feels odd to have a wash bassin within the room. Also, a dress room in the fitness/sauna would be comfortable. In my room the walls were very thin towards the windows, so the sounds from the adjacent rooms were very clear.
Pros: I stayed 2 nights and first day woke up late. That’s why they didn’t clean my room . I did call reception but nobody came for cleaning. Room was cold. Towels not good quality.. They should think about quality!
Cons: Actually Hotel location and building really nice but they don’t manage good!
Pros: The cleanliness.
Pros: Breakfast with amazing views, flexible checkout, great location. There is potential to excellency if communication is improved.
Cons: Pictures are not reality. There was no view form my room, except another building opposite so I could not even keep the curtains open. I tried to give feedback on this, but the receptionist started arguing with me how I was wrong and he was condescending. As a customer, I appreciate if my views are heard and valued. Also, I only heard at check-out that the minibar products would had been free. All in all, the negative parts in my experience comes down to communication (before and during the trip).
Cons: Breakfast is with too much prefab food, but reasonable for the price

Pros: Very friendly reception and restaurant services
Pros: The updated rooms. Rooms are spacious. Quiet surroundings. My second stay and I requested the same room. My request was granted so I am a happy customer. Free parking in front of the hotel.
Cons: In general I don't like shower curtains as they are hard to clean but that's a matter of taste. Bathroom was clean tho.
Pros: Breakfast much better , friendly staff, clean environment .
Cons: you have to add one more facility for your guests that they can add or less the days of their stay from which they have already booked.
Cons: Arrived 1 am. Shower filled up with water. Tried to sleep but bathroom fan to loud. Had a look at it and it was full of dust. Tried to close bathroom door but door was too big for frame. Tried to phone reception but phone did not work. Had to phone with handy. Changed rooms. Not something I wanted to do 2 am after a long day. A hotel should not be in this state. All the reception could say to me the next day is sorry and we will let the manager know. Wasted my money time and sleep.

Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. Planning an event in Düsseldorf? This hostel has facilities measuring 2153 square feet (200 square meters), including conference space. Limited parking is available onsite.
Pros: Room was big and clean. Had great lockers and toilet facilities. The lobby was also great. Good breakfast selection :)
Cons: Couldn’t reach the WiFi from my room so had to go to the lobby just to get WiFi.
Pros: Everything in the hotel is good, unless one problem, in room no WiFi
Cons: Staff: When I arrived at the hostel late at night (close to midnight), the staff person completely ignored another guest and myself waiting to check in. We were waiting there for over 10 minutes and we tried every way to get his attention until finally we had to ask him pretty loudly. He was not apologetic and totally ignored our frustrations. This staff person had no sense of customer service and should be fired!
Located in Düsseldorf (Unterrath), Lindner Hotel Airport is within a 5-minute drive of ISS Dome and Messe Duesseldorf. Featured amenities include a computer station, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. This hotel has 3 meeting rooms available for events. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary at scheduled times.
Pros: Great bang for the buck. Specially for overnight stays when your flight is early morning. Single bedroom is relatively big and it was very clean.
Pros: Bar and restaurant service was very god and food was also good
Cons: Refurbished rooms were far more basic that older rooms as had hard floors with no carpet and basic furniture
Pros: Clean room
Cons: - I was a transit passenger and needed a room for the night. I was considering Sheraton at the airport, but decided to go with Lindner since it offers free wifi in the room and a free shuttle service. Well, wifi wasn't available in the entire hotel - free or paid. I was told I can go back to the airport for it, using hotel's shuttle service that supposedly goes every 20 minutes during certain hours in the morning and in the evening. The reception failed to mention that in the evening the shuttle comes only and when the hotel calls it and that there was no marked designated area for their shuttle at the airport. So the experience cost me extra taxi money and lost time waiting for the shuttle that never showed up. I would have done myself a favor had I got a room at Sheraton.
Cons: Limited airport shuttle service, stops at 10 pm. I arrived at 10:30 and had to take taxi. Extra cost. Sheraton is at airport
Pros: Nearby airport and staff was very welcoming
Cons: Parking and next room was very noisy during my stay
Pros: Very comfy room and good mattress to sleep on. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast
Pros: Bath and service room
Pros: Clean place
Cons: Pricey for what they offer. Don't take their breakfast at 21 euros per email@example.com (a rip-off). Less than a block away there's a bakery that opens daily at 6 am and where you can select your breakfast option for around 8 euros.
What really bothered me is that this property markets itself as an airport hotel - which in most large cities in the world means the availability of a shuttle service to the airport with a convenient frequency throughout the day seven days a week. The shuttle at this place operates just a few hours a day and only from Monday to Friday. If you arrive or need to depart outside their availability you'll incur in steep taxi fare from/to the airport.
This property definitely does not offer a good value for your money.
Pros: I was extremely impressed with this Hotel. Staff went out of the way to be helpful and friendly. We arrived late, but food was still available. This simply had absolutely everything I needed and nothing that I did not need - Perfect :-)
Cons: I cannot fault anything.
Cons: Made a mistake booking 1 month after the desired day by mistake. Hotel was not flexible and charged full night even though I told them 1 month early. Poor customer service!
Pros: My hole experience was excellent at this hotel!
Cons: Wifi gali the All day never have The Internet wi Fi

Pros: Very clean
Cons: Super uncomfortable, er had to cancel our stay after first night. The hotel is very basic for a 4 star hotel
Pros: Normaly I only stay in cheaper hotels. We enjoyed the stay in this business hotel. Very comfy beds. Tasty breakfast. Perfect location. Underground parking. Taxi and tram nearby. Thank you.
Pros: Staff and breakfast.
Cons: The room I checked in was not clean. I booked a non-smoking room but the room was smelled like someone smoked heroine or hash. I found packet of drug inside the room and called the front desk to change my room. The second night my room had no electricity. The safe box I put my stuff never opened again. I think they never look to clean the corridors. Awful experience. 4 star hotel and such management? Unbelievable.
Pros: Everything, it was really lovely, the staff were perfect, I was happy with the 30/40mim walk into town but some people might not be. There is a S Bhan right outside the door though so it's ideal.
Cons: I would have liked a kettle in my room for a good old cuppa
