Pros:Nothing.Cons:My experience here was terrible. Had asked for car pickup at 8am and only got it at 9am. The car was not ready and was being cleaned in front of us as we were walked over to it for pickup. During that time the executive there talked us unto removing our existing insurance and getting insurance directly through them which is something that could have been done prior to our arrival there as part of their customer care services instead of inconveniencing us while we were standing outside - as part of COVID regulations they don't allow you inside their offices anymore so we are standing out in the heat doing all this. When we got to the car, in front of us, their executive turned it on to read the gas mileage and then handed us the keys. When we sat in the car, the tire pressure and two other alarms lit up on dashboard. The fact that the executive tried to give us that car with all those things lighting up seems extremely careless and rudimentary. We had to walk back and let them know to then have them offer us another car. Where was that car? In another garage that would take according to them 5 minutes to get there but considering we already had waited an hour to get the first car, we were in no position to believe that 5 minutes was a true estimate of time. We left and cancelled our rental with them. Extremely unprofessional service and will certainly not be heading here anytime or referring anyone for business there either. This was an hour and a half of time wasted on our outward journey that was completely unnecessary and shouldn't have occurred at all.Reviewed Oct 9 2020

Pros:All the staff at the Beverly Blvd location were helpful especially Brenda from the other Enterprise location down the street when my flat tire Ford Fusion was towed to the wrong location by the AAA towing company she drove me right over to the correct location and helped me outReviewed Jun 15 2019

Pros:Nothing they did not honor the price, they lied and said California law reqiured I accept the daily liability insurance. The shuttle driver taking us back to the airport missed our terminal and made us walk accross the parking lot back tho te other terminal. Pros:Car was clean and worked wellCons:This was with ACE rental that is right next to enterprise. At LAX there is no sign for ACE rental and I had to call the place to get directions to take city transportation to get to the rental place. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Pros:Really can't think of anything positive to say about it.Cons:I had to wait 20 minutes to get a damaged car that hadn't been cleaned and had a giant piece of plastic taking up most of the trunk.
