Pros:The drop off was not easy at all. Was able to pick a time slot to drop off the car at 6pm not knowing the location actually closed at 4pm. Staff did not tell us the procedures for the after hours drop off. My husband went all the way there, then had to come back and we had to call the Enterprise help line to have them tell us how to drop off the car after hours.Cons:Communication with staff about drop off procedures especially after hours.Reviewed May 17 2021

Pros:Staff was friendly and despite my booking the wrong day, let me rent the same truck for the same price.Cons:This is just all Enterprise Car Rental's in general, but they don't require the person returning the car to fill the gas tank to the top and just bring it back the way it was. I always find that harder to do.Reviewed May 22 2020

Helpful & AccomodatingPros:After we saw the car that we were getting, we asked if they had any larger cars available. They found something we liked, and allowed us to upgrade. In addition, they advised us not to use our credit card insurance, but either use our own car insurance or buy theirs. Thankfully, we did not need it, but I appreciated the advice.Reviewed Jan 1 2019

ConvenientPros:This location is convenient and close to home, better than going all the way to the airport. Daily rental rates were very reasonable. Car had average comfort.Cons:Daily insurance rates for collision were sky high and more than the daily rental rate on the car... sort of a rip off! Car needed an oil change, wiper fluid, and one parking light was out... this should have been checked before renting the car! Car suspension also was very rough, almost like riding in a truck at times. Drop off was in a used car lot, there was not place to park, and there were no designated spaces for Enterprise cars.Reviewed Apr 18 2017
