The drop off was not easy at all. Was able to pick a time slot to drop off the car at 6pm not knowing the location actually closed at 4pm. Staff did not tell us the procedures for the after hours drop off. My husband went all the way there, then had to come back and we had to call the Enterprise help line to have them tell us how to drop off the car after hours.Cons:

This is just all Enterprise Car Rental's in general, but they don't require the person returning the car to fill the gas tank to the top and just bring it back the way it was. I always find that harder to do.8,0 Very Good

After we saw the car that we were getting, we asked if they had any larger cars available. They found something we liked, and allowed us to upgrade. In addition, they advised us not to use our credit card insurance, but either use our own car insurance or buy theirs. Thankfully, we did not need it, but I appreciated the advice.10,0 Wonderful

I was charged another day for late return. I thought I had until noon, but I picked up at 10:48AM. The location was in the basement of the Marriott with only one man working and only a couple of cars. I liked the ease of Kayak finding me a rental in my price range. Then, the experience with Budget was great. The day before my reservation, I had to request that my dates be change, and the very nice person at Budget (the one in the local office) was very accomodating, even though her computer showed they were low on cars. Pick up and drop off were both easy, and the rental office (While small - this was at a local Sheraton hotel), was close to my home.Hertz

literally everything could have been better. The car we reserved wasn't there, so they told us they had to put us in a compact. We had a seven hour drive. At first, we got in the car since that was all they said they had. It was gross. The interior was grungy and the car had clearly been smoked in. Additionally, there were six or seven other vehicles sitting there that we could have chosen. We went back inside and asked why they weren't offered, and all they said was they'd give us six dollars off the rental. I told them to refund the trip and that we would go somewhere else. We ended up going to Avis a couple blocks away. Yes, it was more expensive, but I would rather pay more for what I want than less for the polar opposite of what I want or need.8,0 Very Good

The staff called two hours before our scheduled vehicle pick up time to tell us they had no vehicle for us and no options. I’m not sure how we could have gotten a reservation confirmation, but no car. It put my wife and me in a terrible bind, and not a pleasant experience.Cons:
