Pros:They at least called to tell me the car I was to pick up that day, but had rented online a few days prior, was not availableCons:If they had called me before the day of the rental. The woman said they had been sold out of cars for days. I had rented it 2 or 3 days prior so they rented me a car that did not exist. They could have served me better to not rent me a car at all. Cons:My issue is with the third party booking. Apparently, I booked an after hours pick-up time without knowing it. Kayak usually prevents me from booking or returning to a rental car office that doesn't have off-hours pick-up/drop-off. Not this time. When I showed up at my rental car site, it was already closed. Couldn't get my car rental as there is no off hours pickup. Sad.Reviewed Oct 22 2018

Great Service Fair PricePros:Love the convenience of location and the young, courteous staff that made my experience easy from start to finish. They even upgraded to a better car which was much appreciated since it was raining out. They offered me a better price to rent for the weekend then I found at the airport and anywhere online.
