Would be nice to pick up from any location
Pros: That I was dropped off and I could also be picked up
Cons: That I couldn’t pick up a car and drop off at any location. Also the Arapaho office was closed on Sundays

Pros: The first car I had was switched for a more suitable car in the same car classification. I have had good expe4riences with other branches of Enterprise.
Cons: Bait and switch on the rate. Condescending counter help states that "she spent an hour trying to make it right", when I spoke with a young man regarding the inaccurate rate and he was the one who corrected it. Then she tried to change the rate again upon the rental return! I would not recommend this branch.

Pros: Nice car
Cons: Less than 1/4 tank of gas in car at pick up. Enterprise employee that did the check out, did not honor my priceline reservation and said that if I declined the insurance coverage, then I lose the lower rate. When I returned the car, they fixed his error and honored my reservation.

Pros: Very customer oriented. I had an issue with the AC and I thought I was going to have a hard time exchanging the vehicle. To my surprise, there were no questions asked and they immediately gave me another vehicle and deducted a day rental from my final bill. Excellent service!
