Pros:The truck was clean and ready when I arrived at the Enterprise office. In fact, someone called me on my cell phone the day before confirming I was still going to go forward with the rental. The folks at the Enterprise office were polite and professional.Cons:The price could have been lower :)Reviewed Jul 20 2020

Pros:Pick up was and drop off were both great.Cons:That location only has two parking spots in front. Trying to get get in and out of the parking lot without getting rear-ended is a miracle!Reviewed Nov 5 2019

Pros:Nice carCons:Less than 1/4 tank of gas in car at pick up. Enterprise employee that did the check out, did not honor my priceline reservation and said that if I declined the insurance coverage, then I lose the lower rate. When I returned the car, they fixed his error and honored my reservation.Reviewed Jan 17 2017

Pros:Very customer oriented. I had an issue with the AC and I thought I was going to have a hard time exchanging the vehicle. To my surprise, there were no questions asked and they immediately gave me another vehicle and deducted a day rental from my final bill. Excellent service!Cons:All was great!Reviewed Dec 4 2016

No communicationPros:Nothing should provide information before someone comes in to rent a truck.
