Pros: Enterprise as a whole is very good. This location however ROCKS ! great teamwork, clean ready cars. KEEP IT UP

No Car even with Reservation
Pros: I like the fact that Enterprise called me half way there and not when I was already there to cancel my reservation.
Cons: I needed a car and the only one that showed that had one was an Enterprise 30 min away. So I got a taxi to take me to that city. Half way there I received a phone call from Enterprise telling me that they did jot have cars and were sorry. i had to ask the taxi driver to stop and change plans.

Unwilling to work with military
Cons: I am active duty, stationed in Maryland. Since my home of record is in another state, I was refuses service for having an out of state ID.

No Car even with Reservation
Pros: I like the fact that Enterprise called me half way there and not when I was already there to cancel my reservation.
