Offered a different car than reserved and given a voucher to apply to rental on return or a future rental.Cons:
Only one person at rental desk; waited an hour for service as everyone had issues getting a car; did not have car class we had reserved weeks in advance; car provided had not been cleaned; person receiving car at end of rental was not wearing a mask. Terrible experience overall with this rental.9,6 Wonderful

The staff at Enterprise were professional. They were hesitant but did discount our rental after bringing up the issues we had with the vehicle.Cons:
The minivan smelled like someone smoked marijuana in it before we rented it, so it wasn't properly screened or cleaned. The 12 volt charging ports in the vehicle also didn't work. The slow charging usb ports were the only power sources for charging phones.10,0 Wonderful

I like the fact that Enterprise called me half way there and not when I was already there to cancel my reservation.Cons:
I needed a car and the only one that showed that had one was an Enterprise 30 min away. So I got a taxi to take me to that city. Half way there I received a phone call from Enterprise telling me that they did jot have cars and were sorry. i had to ask the taxi driver to stop and change plans.2,0 Poor
