Pros:Drop off was easy.Cons:Look closely at the details for drop off. To receive the rate I had to drop the car off 15 miles away from the airport. The rate that was quoted was still never accepted. I ended up paying $60 more than my reservation.Reviewed Jul 8 2019

Excellent on all accountsPros:The associate was professional and courteous. He went over the van thoroughly.Cons:The van was clean and available upon arrival. The associate that checked car in was quick, and professional. Although there was a customer waiting to be checked in, he answered questions I had regarding future rentals and never appeared rushed.Reviewed Mar 5 2017

made it work on a busy Sunday before the holidaysPros:staff were friendly and were working hard to check people in and out on a very busy Sunday. in they end they made it all work and got everyone into a vehicle. staff were very helpful.Cons:I didn't realize they'd give my car away if I didn't show up at the pickup time - never had that happen before. so I got stuck w a heavy duty pickup truck instead of a car. yes, I was late, but the reservation doesn't say if you're late we might give your car away.Reviewed Dec 20 2016

Pros:The individual that checked me in...I think his name was Sean was very pleasant and nice! It was early in the morning and he had a great upbeat attitude!Cons:The fact that there is a $50 drop off fee to a major airport that was 30 minutes away and that the car did not run as well.Reviewed Nov 29 2016
