Look closely at the details for drop off. To receive the rate I had to drop the car off 15 miles away from the airport. The rate that was quoted was still never accepted. I ended up paying $60 more than my reservation.9,6 Wonderful

When we arrived there was no one at the counter. After waiting ten minutes, the agent came and was downright rude. Although we had booked the car in advance she claimed there were no cars on the lot for us to take. We were left stranded without transportation. I was highly disappointed at how we were treated and would not recomend using them. Additionally, I had purchased an insurance policy with the car and only the car rental was canceled not the insurace I booked. I would like a refund for my insurance.Cons:

Nothing. I just meet a fraudulent agent. I reserved everything online, and I bought full coverage as well. When I arrived at NextCar agent at Liberty road, Baltimore, the person told me that we can not give you the car unless you buy our personal full coverage ( the value was twice the typical one near 25$/day). They told me that I have to cancel the ones that I bought online. Officially they had no commitment to my online reservation.4,0 Mediocre
