Pros: Car was comfortable
Cons: Car was dirty. Not cleaned or vacuumed prior to picking up. The enterprise rep offered to clean it while I waited, but I had an appointment to get to. Should have been done prior to my appointment.

Cons: Dirty windshield. Aggressive up sell on insurance. Distasteful. Car reserved not. Available. Substitute was smaller without any change in price until I asked.
