Truck rentalPros:We loved the Chevy Silverado.Cons:The center seat belt in the back was broken and not disclosed to us. When we got home we loaded the truck to go camping and then started to load the kids into the back seat and discovered the seat belt was broken. We had to change the way we had the passenger situation set up with another vehicle that was going with us which was not expected. When we told this to the rental place they said sorry and that was it. No refund or discounted rate due to the vehicle not being as represented by them. No one at the rental deskPros:NothingCons:When I went to pick up my car at at 12:20PM, no one was in the office to help me. To fix this, I abandoned my reservation and rented directly from Budget at the airport. Problem solved.Reviewed Nov 26 2017

taking advantage of their l>mixed hoursPros:Having found a decent price I showed up on Saturday just past noon to find their doors closed. Upon reaching the manager the next day my reservation rate wasn't honored and I was given the run around by the local and national reps.Reviewed Dec 30 2015

Pickup / Dropoff ConcernsCons:Vehicle was not ready on time. No discount offered. Office door sign indicates the office is open until 12:00 PM (Saturday), but the office was closed when the vehicle was returned at 10:00 PM.
