Pros:The didn’t have the car reserved. So instantly go a upgrade, the car was perfect for my drive to San Francisco. And looking back I don’t think I would of nearly enjoyed as much with the original car I picked. While doing the vehicle inspection I did not notice the car had a nail in the front passenger tire luckily it did not pop on my trip I noticed it took it to an enterprise unfortunately they did not have a car nearly as nice as the one I was driving so they preferred that I take it to a qualified tire repair shop and have them bill enterprise. They were very nice and didn’t bill me the entire day. And it took maybe 4 hours I had the car by 4 pm.Cons:The car had 15% oil life and I noticed it probably halfway through California so completely pointless to stop and get an oil change I just drove it until it hit zero and luckily that was about 20 minutes outside of LA on the way back home. Not a big deal when you deal with as many cars as they do.Reviewed Sep 17 2020

Pros:Staff was friendly and answered all our questions.Cons:Having cars ready for people with reservations and sticking to scheduled pickup times. I had a reservation for 9am pickup and car wasn't ready until 10am.Reviewed May 18 2020

Pros:Awesome drop off guy attendant. I wanted to hire him for my company.Cons:I made my reservations to pick-up at 12pm but I was asked to wait for 30 minutes just to get my turn to get to the the counter, then another 45 minutes to get into the car. Finally I was able to get out of the car rental lot at 2pm very frustrated. The drop off attendant made up for all the short comings of the rental company. Without this guy which I failed to get his name (black american) I will never return to rent a car at Enterprise Cerritos Auto SquareReviewed Aug 2 2017

Great servicePros:The customer service was first class. Everyone was professional but relaxed which made the atmosphere and experience enjoyable. I returned the car with a quarter tank more and I was issued a credit just the thought of this gesture made me feel more like family then a customer. Rental from Laguna Beach rather than CypressPros:I liked the ease of picking up the car closer than where I had originally booked the rental. The Laguna Beach Enterprise agent was able to cancel the original booking and provide a car where I was staying.Cons:With the booking from Kayak I added insurance and while the original booking was cancelled, the charge for insurance has now showed up on my credit card. I will have to dispute this but just got back today. I hope this process will be easy.Reviewed Jan 30 2017
