Comfortable, clean room. Good value and great location. Nice, helpful staff.
The shower head needs to be changed to allow more variance in flow and higher pressure.
Good location right off the highway, really friendly staff, good breakfast (waffles, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee/tea, yogurts, etc.), well lit parking area. Price was really affordable and if we were in the area again, I would definitely stay here.
A few nit-picky negatives, one there is not an additional security latch or deadbolt on the door -- which might be unnecessary anyway as they have new entry locks where you just tap the room key, but it was a bit unusual for us. Secondly, the the tv was incredibly small for the room we were in. And also, the heating unit was quite loud -- but it worked really well! :)
Good for the money
Taking my son to school at Central Washington University, we stayed here. The room was fine. Basic but very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly. All in all a good experience. I would stay here again!
The rooms could use a bit of an upgrade as far as linens. Newer bedding would be an improvement.
We had planned on staying for a weekend 10/17-10/18 while I was there visiting my best friend who goes to CWU. When my boyfriend and I walked in the room we thought it was cute and comfy looking. I never sleep under blankets in hotels because I think it’s gross that they turn the sheets inside out just to get another use out of them... but that beside the point. We woke up the next day and my boyfriend got out of bed and noticed that there were blood spots where he was sleeping and we were confused for a moment... then it occurred to us that he had been bitten up by bed bugs and he was so grosses out and so was I that we both jumped in the shower to wash off whatever could have still be on us. I searched the bed and found all the signs of bed bugs and took pictures of it all... I even took a video of a bed bug crawling on the bed!!! I seen multiple live bugs on the bed and have evidence of them! We packed up everything and got out as fast as we could! When we went to check out and the attendant talked to her boss and told me to call her boss the next day and figure it out... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wanted a full refund of our stay because that’s not okay at all to have bed bugs and not give you a full refund... I was told I can’t have a full refund that that I was only going to get refunded for the night we did not stay there. I’m pissed! It is not 10/30 and I still have not even received my refund for the night we didn’t stay there let alone the full refund that a asked for!
I liked the price. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The breakfast offered cold cereal, waffle, juice, coffee, bagels and muffins. We were hoping for something with protein, hard boiled eggs, or biscuit and gravy but that was not offered, so we ate breakfast elsewhere.
