Pros:The food was great, and the spa is really good
Cons:Their beach was a construction site, it was terrible!!! Noisy and no facility want so ever! The reception staff had made a mistake and let in other guests into our room. When we came back we saw a staff member going through our staff to find out who was staying in the room 500 shekel went missing... They had charged us 18% extra for taxes - out reservation said it was all included. The security if the hotel said they will take care if the situation and investigate the theft and will let the manager of the hotel know of the situation. A day later the hotel manager had no idea of the theft and the security of hotel said they cannot investigate and they can't do a thing, the only people who can investigate thus is the police so we need to go to the police station to file a complain. That was a nice stay...
