Cons (-) I cannot believe that this is rated as a 5 start hotel. The rooms are old and filthy. The staff, insanely rude and unfriendly. Imagine the front desk not saying good morning to you, or calling reception and hearing "Yea" instead of hello or your name. As if you are doing them a favor. The buffet is limited and extremely expensive. This hotel is for the older crowd to whom they are also rude.

Pros (+) It was by the beach the food was ok the bed was huge
Cons (-) There was a band aid in my bed the dead sea had some pipe with a bunch of stuff flowing into it which was kind of gross they closed the pool super early
